In December 2008, Shanghai Yinglian Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned company under the United Kingdom Food Group, with an investment of more than 30 million US dollars. The company mainly produces and sells Ovaltine, Tact bean, Lucofo, Lucofo Malted Milk and super Mai malted milk products for domestic and foreign industrial markets.
