Established in December 1992, Shanghai Health Personnel Exchange Service Center is a public institution directly under the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission (Class II public welfare), dedicated to the construction of talents in the city's health industry. In order to meet the needs of the development of health human resources in the city, the center invested in the establishment of Shanghai Guangyuan Human Resources Co., LTD in 2003, undertook the personnel management of standardized training for resident doctors in 2010, was listed as Shanghai Health Examination Center in 2013, and established the Shanghai Health Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center in 2019.
